One distinctive of FIM is that we don’t recruit you to fill our need or assign ministries to you. We really want your “job description” to be built from your call, rather than being built around an agency need.

INTERNSHIPS
2 weeks – 2 years
Internships are a great way to gain practical experience in an area of interest. They allow serving the Lord under a seasoned missionary’s direction and see what missionary life is like. The longer time frame allows you to become familiar with another culture, and the Lord often uses it to confirm whether or not He wants to use your gifts in that ministry for a longer term.
The opportunities are almost unlimited. Missionaries are needed everywhere, and there are people without the opportunity to hear the gospel. It is our passion to help those called as missionaries find their way to the mission field and thrive as you love and serve people.
