In 2023, Justin & Rachel Hoy transitioned from serving as missionaries in Senegal, West Africa to leading a ministry in Virginia, Equipping the Saints.  They now work to equip the network of national missionaries in Senegal and many others countries. 

It’s often said that missionaries should seek to work themselves out of a job by training local believers to carry on the ministry.  That was the Hoy’s goal.  In April, Justin was able to return to Senegal.  It was rewarding to see local believers discipling new believers, starting new churches, and sharing the good news with the lost in their communities. Justin was able to provide ministry tools such as study Bibles and projector kits.
