On a different occasion, the Puebla, Mexico evangelism team tried to reach out to resistant indigenous surrounding villages. On one occasion, armed men prevented their entrance into the village. When the pandemic began, the team of which Arturo & Silvia Tomé are a part sought the Lord’s direction concerning ministry. Severe Covid-related restrictions resulted in a food crisis: no flour, milk, or other essentials. Villagers began asking for food. The team distributed food packages in the villages. As a result, ministry doors opened wide! More believers from two Puebla churches are eager to get involved in this Nahuatl-language ministry. People hear the gospel, villagers come to Christ…and many are persecuted. The Tomé believes that the Lord will also open doors to other villages!
