Opportunities to share God’s love may pop up unexpectedly. While standing on the train platform in Frankfurt, Germany, for her trip home to Dresden, a woman approached Mindy Boyd (Germany) asking about the next train. As they conversed, Mindy asked if she was traveling on vacation. She immediately started crying and said that her husband had died two weeks earlier and that she had been visiting her daughter. Mindy waited with her for the train and traveled together to Dresden, comforting and listening to her many stories about her husband. When the woman finally asked what Mindy did for a living, she had the opportunity to tell her of God’s love for her. Although she has not responded to Mindy’s attempts to make further contact, a “seed” of God’s Word has been planted!
