The 25-year-old came to Greece from Iraq in 2018. He met the Lord at the beginning of 2020. He started coming to the Crossroads Refugee Center run by Efthemes & Eirini Sioukiouroglou. Last September, while he was living in an Athens refugee camp, radical Muslims attacked and beat him and his friend because they were reading the Bible. The next day he came to the church and asked for help. The police did nothing. Seeing his faith and love for God, the Sioukiouroglous helped him get out of the camp.
