During the last 14 years, at least 52,250 Christians have been killed in Nigeria. The number of Christians murdered or killed in 2023 was 4,998—82% of Christian killings worldwide.  The violence, destruction, and kidnappings continue.  The main perpetrators are the Fulani herdsmen (militants), Boko Haram, and ISWAP (ISIS of West Africa).  The government has not taken action to stop the attacks. 

Yet, in the midst of the violence, 140 students graduated from the Kagoro ECWA Theological Seminary on November 30!  Dennis & Coletta Shelly, longtime missionaries to Nigeria, were present for the occasion, with Dennis serving as the graduation speaker!
