PAUL BARRECA
Executive Director
Dr. Paul Barreca is the eighth Executive Director of Fellowship International Mission. His passion for missions and discipleship grew out of years of pastoral ministry. Paul served for thirty-three years in four churches in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. He now utilizes his pastoral and leadership experience to assist missionaries and churches through the ministry of FIM.
Paul realized the Lord’s call into pastoral ministry while he was a teen and entered full-time ministry at the age of 21. He studied at Word of Life Bible Institute, Lancaster Bible College, Michigan Theological Seminary, and Clarks Summit University where he earned a Doctor of Ministry degree. He has taught in Bible colleges both in the United States and the Philippines, and is the author of “Follow the Master: A Discipleship Guide for Growing Christians” and “Follow the Master: How Jesus Made Disciples.”

FRANCISCO DE SOUZA
Director for Missionary Care
Dr. Francisco de Souza is proactive and visionary for world evangelism. Before joining the FIM Home Office in late 1999, he and his wife, Eliane, served as missionaries in Brazil. Francisco’s goal is to model true biblical burden-bearing and then to encourage and train others to do the same. To this end, he also has a graduate degree in counseling and brings experience and training to his role as Director for Missionary Care.
RICK HUDSON
Director of Pre-Field Ministry
Rick and Carol Hudson have a passion for serving the Lord in missions. They have spent their entire professional lives as missionaries. First, they served as church planters in Mexico; then transitioned to a leadership role with another mission agency before becoming the Midwest representative for FIM. Rick serves in four roles: as a spokesperson for the cause of missions; as a provider of missions resources for churches, mission committees, and individuals; as a developer/coach of future missionary personnel; and as a trainer for those embarking on mission service.
DEAN RESSLER
Administrative Associate for Missionary Care
Dean Ressler joined the FIM Home Office staff in 2004 after he and his wife Ingrid had served as missionaries to Bonaire for 24 years. Born to missionary parents, Dean brings a wealth of missionary experience to the home office staff. Working in the Missionary Care Department, Dean oversees communication and reporting with FIM missionaries and edits the News from the Field.
STEVE WILT
Southeast Representative
As a local church pastor, Dr. Steve Wilt became a member of the FIM Board of Directors in 1994 and later served nearly 16 years as the CEO and General Director of the Mission. He brings his years of ministry experience to his mobilizing opportunities in a number of Christian colleges and universities in the southeastern United States. His passion is to help students discover and utilize their gifts and skills in cross-cultural ministry.
BETH PATTERSON
Financial and Administrative Associate
Beth Patterson is grateful to God for His abundant love, grace, and mercy. She has had the opportunity to work as a Social Worker at Children and Youth, as a Customer Service Trainer and in various church settings as a Christian School Teacher, sign language interpreter, and Coordinator of Ministries. She is very thankful to be at FIM in the finance area and meet missionaries who are serving God in such miraculous ways.
CHRISTINA GUIN
Mission Finance Associate
Christina was called to the mission at thirteen years old. Christina has served in the field with FIM as a Mid Term Missionary in Togo, West Africa, as well as a missions mobilizer. She joined the home office staff in May of 2022. Christina has a passion for missions and is blessed to be a part of the finance team helping missionaries thrive around the world.
