Church-planting missionaries aim to start a church and turn it over to local leadership. Mindy Boyd (Germany) has been part of a church planting team in Germany. After devoting ten years to the Dresden church, her missionary colleagues are moving on to plant a church in another German city. The Dresden church is excited to welcome its first German pastor! He and his wife have the advantage of knowing the culture and mentality of that area well because they were originally from that part of the former East Germany.
