Couples who do not have children are stigmatized in India. One couple, married for eleven years and still not having a child, felt the sting of the disparaging looks and comments. The husband’s parents even encouraged him to leave his wife and have a child with another woman. In desperation, the couple called upon one after another of the 330 million Hindu gods. No answer. Then they were told about an evangelical prayer meeting where S & A (India) minister. They went! God did several miracles in their lives. They “turned to God from idols to serve a living and true God!” One year later, they gave birth to a son! Upon hearing their testimony and seeing what God did, relatives have also trusted in Jesus Christ!
