Jon and Mitsy Mahar (Japan) write, “He was a chef and an owner of a small restaurant where our daughter, Amy, had worked part time when she was in college. After she graduated from college, she kept in touch with him and kept witnessing. He is now in a hospital dying from cancer. Amy and her husband, Ken, visited him.  To their surprise, he asked Ken to give him a message from the Bible. His heart was ready; he admitted he was a sinner, which was a very hard thing for him to do before. He was very weak but his mind was clear, and he accepted the Lord as His personal Savior. He prayed as Ken led him. Amy said that he looked so peaceful and joyful after that! To God be the glory!”
