Steve Wilt

General Director

Steve Wilt began his ministry as the seventh General Director of the Mission in October of 2001. Steve holds a B. S. in Bible from Philadelphia Biblical University, an M. Div. from Grace Theological Seminary, and a D. Min. from Dallas Theological Seminary. He brought 32 years of pastoral ministry experience to FIM. He has served on the FIM Board of Directors since 1994, filling the role of Secretary, and serving as President of the Board before becoming General Director. Steve and his wife Sue live in Allentown, Pa. a short distance from the FIM Home Office and have two married children.

Richard Albright

Richard Albright came to FIM after 40 years of service with another agency, including 23 years as a missionary to Japanese youth. In his role as Director for Administration, Dick handles many financial matters and oversees the office personnel and operations. His data tracking gives the mission a clear understanding of financial trends and needs.

Francisco De Souza

Francisco de Souza is proactive and visionary for world evangelism. Before joining the home office team in late 1999, he and his wife, Eliane, served as missionaries in Brazil. Francisco's goal is to model true biblical burden-bearing and then to encourage and train others to do the same. To this end, he also has a graduate degree in counseling and brings not only experience, but training, to his role as Director for Missionary Personnel. Dr. de Souza specializes in assisting churches. He helps them find, prepare, deploy, and then support and maintain their missionary in effective service. He is a very effective communicator and is available to churches as well as Bible schools and seminaries for advancement of missions and evangelism.

Gary Butler

Gary Butler came to the home office in 2001 after serving as a missionary to Brazil under FIM. His role as Director for Mobilization makes him responsible for Candidate Orientation and short-term ministries. His computer skills have proved invaluable in the development of a comprehensive database for the mission.

Dean Ressler

Administrative Assistant for Missionary Personnel

Dean Ressler joined the FIM home office staff in 2004 after serving as a missionary to Bonaire for 24 years. Born to missionary parents, Dean brings a wealth of missionary experience to the home office staff. Working in the Personnel Department, Dean edits the FIM Connection, maintains contact with MKs, retirees, and singles in the FIM family and assists with personnel records and reporting.

Josiah Ritchie

Josiah Ritchie joined the home office staff in April of 2007. He comes to us with experience in computer technology. He assists FIM in utilizing technology to enhance its ministry. Rachel stands responsible for overseeing the Home Office hospitality suite. She is tasked with the responsibility to make our guests at the home office comfortable and productive during their stay here.
