In our ongoing desire to keep our General Fund lean, we have recognized that paying off the mortgage early would provide the General Fund with a bit more room. As that project gets paid off, we'll be able to put the funds previously dedicated to our mortgage into other projects with an eye towards increasing FIM's ability to serve churches in the area of missions awareness.
